  • Position Description & Responsibilities

    Dynatrace is looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Director to manage the strategy and execution of campaigns designed to engage customers.  This person’s primary responsibility is to collaborate with sales and product management/marketing teams to identify marketing campaigns to increase awareness and speed up adoption of the Dynatrace platform. Key to this execution will be leveraging the latest Account Based Marketing tactics, cutting edge digital communications, and world class customer events.



    • Define, develop, and execute account-based marketing plans to drive platform adoption and Add-on sales opportunities
    • Ensure exceptional program execution, working closely with all stakeholders within marketing and other Dynatrace teams
    • Account list segmentation and targeting
    • Identify and create content that adds value to Dynatrace customers
    • Execute on Dynatrace customer platform adoption events- in person, account based, virtual and webinars.
    • Collaborate with the Strategic Events team on customer programs at our global tradeshows
    • Develop and communicate customer program metrics, KPI’s & scorecards



    • 10+ years’ experience in marketing with a proven track record of executing successful marketing programs.
    • B2B field marketing experience in the technology industry, specifically SaaS companies are a plus.
    • Demonstrated execution of demand generation campaigns that have contributed directly to sales growth and adoption
    • Ability to effectively set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision, a keen attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
