    • Provide strategic advice, direction and overall management (end to end) on big projects that shape year-round campaigns and events (i.e. our customer-led Perform series, big industry research campaigns, new website projects), working with UX and WX teams as needed to make sure entire internal design organization is aligned
    • Monitor, audit, edit, advise to make sure all branded assets meet guidelines across the organization
    • Drive creative planning and production scheduling to ensure Brand and Communications meet all organisational requirements on time, and to an exceptionally high standard
    • Optimize performance, fine tune creative messaging, and make strategic recommendations after reviewing analytics and results for digital campaigns
    • Leverage understanding of platform technologies and capabilities that power digital media to perform testing and optimization of creative assets, working with digital marketing teams to implement and analyze A/B testing results on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter ads and Audience Targeting
    • Push the brand and communications design team to be more creative and tackle projects with fresh perspective, and…
    • Roll up your sleeves and execute cool design work across all projects to ensure we’re capturing your creative nous and expertise.
