Solution Marketing Manager – AI-powered Monitoring

This role includes but is not limited to

• Positioning and messaging:
 Clearly articulate and differentiate the solution in the market based on knowledge about competition, prospects, customers, ecosystems and our solution.
• Innovative storytelling: Together with subject matter experts and designers, you’ll develop and edit clear, concise, and consumable assets about Dynatrace bleeding edge technology, being passionate about including customer successes in everything.
• Content marketing and advocacy: By spreading the word in the natural habitat of our potential customers, you make sure that they know that our products provide too much value to them to pass up. You are also making sure that everybody internally and externally understands the unique approach and value of Dynatrace.
• Marketing and sales support: You will provide content and enablement for global teams across sales, strategic business development, product management, communications and demand generation.

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant work experience in technical B2B product or solution marketing, with IT management industry experience preferred. Technical experience as IT practitioner or developer is a big plus.
• You have a deep understanding of today’s key technologies and trends like containers, cloud platforms, and IoT as foundation for digital transformation strategies and have market intelligence of the target audience.
• You enjoy working together with smart people in a fast paced, fluid and constantly evolving environment. With your strong communications skills you have the ability to influence in-person, over digital channels and in writing.
• You are a storyteller with a proven track record of creating, tweaking and promoting innovative and visual content, grasping technical capabilities and translating into benefits, in a data-driven environment. 
• You are a problem solver, constantly thinking outside the box, knowing that it’s all about execution and love to just get stuff done.
• We also prefer that you are based, or willing to relocate, to one of our hubs in Boston, Detroit, London or Linz.
