Position Description & Responsibilities

  • Conduct full life cycle of sales recruiting – from sourcing to first day induction and beyond.
  • Own sales recruiting function for EMEA.
  • Develop innovative and proactive strategies to attract and onboard great candidates for our sales functions.
  • Collaborate effectively and act as a trusted advisor with sales leaders across the business.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and travel interview needs.
  • Drive the interview process.
  • Participate in development and deployment of recruiting initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain documents and data required to generate offer letters.
  • Prepare New Hire documentation for Human Resources.
  • Maintain candidate ATS.


  • Experience with attracting great sales talent to amazing opportunities.
  • Experience in owning high level Sales Management relationships.  
  • Experience in prospecting, screening, interviewing and closing candidates.
  • Conducts business with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to drive recruiting process.
  • Excellent organizational/time management, planning and prioritization skills.
