  • Inbound/outbound customer engagement to solicit input for next generation product direction and proactively evangelize our offering with internal/external customers
  • Inbound/outbound customer engagement to solicit input for next generation product direction and proactively evangelize our offering with internal/external customers
  • Think through every aspect of the overall customer experience, putting users' needs first. Continuously seek improvements to the customer experience working with design and engineering.
  • Help to define the product vision, create the business case for new product add-ons and work closely with engineering, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Plan and execute throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
  • Define and track key business and usage analytics data to measure success for product areas.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management and development at a fast-growing software company
  • Experience with customers at a technical and business level, for example in technical sales or services
  • Passion for making customers' experience as amazing as possible using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic about technology and driven to help us expand our leadership role in market innovation
  • Formal education in the Computer Science or IT environments (college degree(s) or equivalent experience)
