Position Description & Responsibilities

In your future role as a Technical Product Manager you will be shaping the product experience, product roadmap and vision. You will work closely with customers and our enablement services team to understand their needs and identify solutions to their pain and you will carry ideas from the spark of inspiration to market leadership.

  • Shape service delivery approach and offerings across our product, services and go-to-market teams
  • Discover new product opportunities by combining customer feedback and analysis to identify areas where we can leverage our core technologies, strengths, and market leadership
  • Develop value-added productized services offerings that bolster Dynatrace capabilities to monitor and integrate with market leading cloud technologies
  • Work with international services and development teams to codify customer adoption best practices and drive their productization
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams on asset development and launch activities, focused on competitive separation

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management and development at a fast-growing software company
  • Experience with customers at a technical and business level, for example in technical sales or services
  • Passion for making customers' experience as amazing as possible using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic about technology and driven to help us expand our leadership role in market innovation
  • Formal education in the Computer Science or IT environments (college degree(s) or equivalent experience)
