Position Description & Responsibilities

Dynatrace is ranked #1 in a market where there is still a vast opportunity to capitalize.  We are seeking a talented Sales Operations lead to act as a key driver for operational excellence and transformational change on behalf of the Global Sales Organization.  This individual must be enthusiastic about improving efficiencies that can support and scale accelerated growth targets. 

  • Drive continuous improvement and simplification of all system and process related items for the global sales team
  • Partner with internal resources to support continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions on behalf of Sales
  • Act as a key resource to communicate business changes across all levels of the sales organization
  • Promote and reinforce user adoption of Salesforce.com and all related sales tools and applications
  • Manage the day to day maintenance of Salesforce.com data quality, report structure, dashboards and sales user support questions
  • Assist with annual budget and planning for sales
  • Never stop looking for creative solutions to make our sales team more efficient and ways to help accelerate sales bookings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Sales Operations
  • Ambitious, highly motived and results driven 
  • Superior communicator with the knack for building strong relationships and influencing change across all levels of the organization
  • Passionate about finding ways to improve efficiency
  • Flexible and unfazed by a constantly-changing work environment
  • Highly organized with the ability pivot quickly to support the growing business needs of the global sales team
  • Strong business analytical skills with an understanding of data structures & data modeling
  • Fast learner that can hit the ground running
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Salesforce.com enthusiast; Administrator experience preferred
  • Experience with quoting tools such as Salesforce CPQ preferred
