Your future role in the team

  • Evangelize the Dynatrace brand through locally based events, networks, social media and professional sites
  • Be a Dynatrace ambassador with technical user groups, hackathons, tech talks and fun events that excite technologists about our culture and technology
  • Implement internal and external employer branding activities within the branding framework of Dynatrace
  • Plan, deploy and communicate regional and target group-specific employer branding measures that create a visible impact on general image building, specific recruiting support and broad employee engagement

Our expectations of you

  • Outgoing, loves to communicate with others both internally and externally and represent Dynatrace
  • Years of direct or indirect experience living in or with the high-tech software community – you know what great engineers like
  • Growth hacking – be part of the digital revolution and directly team up with the engineering teams and measure your success in the output of the team. You will work in sprints just like the engineers.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional, global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
