  • Position Description & Responsibilities

    • Work on building a real win-win partnership between SAP and Dynatrace and not a pure vendor-buyer relationship
    • Support and document the enablement of Dynatrace and SAP sales and technical teams around the joint Dynatrace/SAP solutions/technologies.
    • Track and document SAP use cases and ROI, and support reference calls with SAP
    • Evangelize the partnership, feeling comfortable to speak on Dynatrace Perform and SAP Teched Events around the unique value of the Dynatrace/SAP partnership
    • Create / build new service offerings and initiatives with SAP, embedding Dynatrace technologies into other SAP services & products.
    • Provide SAP technical and organizational domain expertise to wider set of supporting Dynatrace teams.
    • Continually build his own technical expertise on the Dynatrace product line and keep a close look at the evolution of the relevant SAP products.
    • Work closely with the SAP Competency Center and the different SAP business units (Hybris, Ariba, Concur …) around the value of APM for SAP.
    • Be well connected to the Dynatrace Product Management team both in terms of providing input on product requirements and managing expectations from different SAP departments that are using Dynatrace.
    • Well connected to Dynatrace Professional Services and Support to optimize smooth deployment of Dynatrace within SAP
    • Work closely with marketing on promoting the Dynatrace-SAP Partnership


    • Methodical, precise, large scale project management and relationship management requirements
    • Regular EMEA/World travel to key accounts to promote and develop new business.
    • Deep Understanding of Java, J2EE and related frameworks, containers, IDEs and technologies
    • Good understanding of the cloud application platform: CloudFoundry but also other Cloud Environments like AWS, Azure, ..
    • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
    • Excellent written and spoken German and English
    • Have experience presenting, demonstrating and handling technical sales engagements
    • Being able to present and sell our product to customer’s technical and executive audience in a fun and interesting way.
    • Experience creating architecture and other design documents and diagrams
    • Outgoing personality, desire to work hard and have fun, team spirit.

    Desirable Knowledge, Abilities, and Experience

    • Good understanding of the Application Performance Market Space
    • Ability to be coached and react quickly in selling situations.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and methodologies

    Education Required

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or Software Engineering
    • 5+ years in IT industry
