Focused on the continuously improving sales effectiveness and time to productivity through a broad range of sales enablement initiatives.  The Sales Enablement Manager is a critical member of the team, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, responsible for managing high profile cross-functional projects from inception through successful completion and measure business impact. You will work closely with the field sales team and senior leadership globally across organizational functions including Marketing, Professional Services and Product Management to ensure optimal completion of projects and on-going program success.   Are you an outstanding communicator who can collaborate with senior sales and company leaders to craft a plan and deliver the ongoing education and programs that prepare the sales team to disrupt the market?  Our successful candidate will be relied upon to work with the field sales organization to identify opportunities for improved sales performance and increase the effectiveness of sales new hire on-boarding. You need excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; coupled with an excellent understanding of sales methodology, messaging and sales skills.


  • A strong understanding and mastery of sales messaging and sales methodology
  • Experience rolling out Sales messaging programs to a field sales organization
  • Experience in Sales Certification programs
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex business, sales model and products and simplify for sales team
  • Experience in selling complex enterprise software to Fortune 1000
  • At least 5+ years of high tech experience, including 3+ years of experience in sales enablement
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills and coaching skills
  • Experience with presenting at all levels, up to the C-suite
  • Experience leading large projects
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


  • Sales New Hire Program Ownership - Manage new hire sales enablement on-boarding logistics and success plans. Evolve and optimize the new hire enablement program to support Dynatrace’s rapid growth and go to market plans. Host and facilitate new hire live workshops, virtual sessions and 1:1 sessions
  • Sales Enablement Content Development & Certification Design - Work cross functionally to determine execution gaps in current state Messaging enablement and design processes, tools, enablement assets, and certification to promote global adoption of best practices and excellence in Sales Messaging execution.
  • Live/ Virtual Instruction and 1:1 Coaching – deliver live and virtual training to Sales population as part of Onboarding program and/or ongoing education. Provide expert coaching for all participants in Sales Process and Sales Messaging
  • Drive Field Sales Adoption - evangelize Dynatrace’s sales messaging to generate field sales awareness and provide ongoing analysis to ensure adoption of best practices and utilization of tools.
  • Sales New Hire and Program Management - manage new hire sales enablement on-boarding program and logistics including project management of content development for enablement curriculum 


  • At least 5+ years of high tech experience, including 3+ years of experience in sales enablement
